Shipping Costs

Germany

For cooled shipping within Germany, we charge 9.90€.

Shipping costs are waived for orders over 79.00€.

We ship our temperature-sensitive products with UPS Express from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed by 11:00 a.m. are usually shipped the same day. The delivery time is generally 24 hours. No shipping takes place on Fridays, weekends, and public holidays to ensure the cold chain is maintained and to avoid possible storage over the weekend.

EU and Non-EU

For deliveries abroad, we charge the following fees:

Zone 1 [15.00€]: Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria
Zone 2 [20.00€]: Switzerland

Shipping costs are waived for orders over 129.00€. 

Sustainable Shipping Packaging:

Sustainable Insulating Packaging

The plastic-free insulating packaging we use is mostly made from recycled waste paper and can be disposed of in the paper waste or reused privately. With this product innovation, the goods remain cool during shipping and the environment is protected.

Cooling Elements

Our cooling elements are certified for direct contact with food. To ensure the cold chain is maintained, the cooling elements are frozen solid at the time of shipping. The cooling elements, made of vacuum-sealed water/polyacrylic gel, can be refrozen and reused or disposed of in household waste.

Outer Carton or Padding Material

We use only padding material made from waste paper. Several jars may be packed securely for shipping in an outer carton made of recycled cardboard.

Additional Shipping Notes

Delivery of the ordered goods usually takes place one to two days after ordering, provided the ordered items are marked as "immediately available." Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. are usually shipped the same day via UPS Food Express. The delivery time is generally 24 hours.

Exceptions: To ensure the cold chain is maintained and to avoid possible storage over the weekend, no shipping takes place on Fridays and weekends. As a result, no delivery is possible on Mondays and the day after a public holiday.

Happy Foie consists of temperature-sensitive goods that must be shipped while maintaining the cold chain. Therefore, shipping is done via cooled food shipping. If the recipient is not present on the selected delivery date, we do not accept cancellation of the order.

Important: Due to increased volume, there may be a delay of one day in delivery with UPS Express.
