We decided on Happy Foie because we had been looking for an adequate alternative for a long time and finally found it with this product We use the variant "Happy Foie" free-range goose. As society and the way it thinks has changed, we haven't had conventional foie gras on the menu for a long time. However, with the discovery of Happy Foie we are delighted and are now creating again wonderful delicacies."
