Ingredients:
- Happy Foie of your choice (we used Happy Foie duck here).
- Bread of your choice
- Pear
- Red onion
- Sprouts (for dressing)
Preparation:
Before preparing, first rinse all fresh ingredients thoroughly.
1. thinly slice the pear and onion.
2. cut a slice of the bread.
3. cut the Happy Foie (a 250g roll is very suitable here) into slices about 1-2 cm thick.
Arrange the Happy Foie with the pear and onion slices on the bread slice and garnish with the sprouts.
