Ingredients:
  • Happy Foie Amalfi Lemon 
  • Sandwich-Brot
  • Limoncello Gel (approx. 50 ml)
  • Fresh lemon zest
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper
Preparation:
  1. Prepare the Tramezzino bread: Cut the Tramezzino bread into even, rectangular slices. Briefly toast in a hot pan without fat until they are slightly crispy.

  2. Happy Foie cut Amalfi lemon: Cut the Happy Foie into thin slices. For a fine texture, about 1-2 cm thick.

  3. Presentation: Place a slice of Happy Foie on each piece of tramezzino bread. Gently drizzle the limoncello gel over it.

  4. Refine: Garnish with fresh lemon zest and basil leaves. Add a small splash of olive oil and some salt & pepper to taste.
