Happy Foie Burger

Delicious burgers with happy foie: quick and easy

Ingredients:

  • Happy Foie of your choice (We recommend the 250g rolls. Click here for the shop 
  • Brioche Bun
  • Burger Patties
  • salad
  • salt and pepper

Preparation:

    1. Briefly toast the brioche rolls on both sides and set aside.

    1. Sear burger patties on a hot grill or in a skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste.

    1. Wash the lettuce thoroughly and place on the brioche rolls.

    1. Then place the burger patties on the salad and finish with a slice of happy foie.

  1. Finally, garnish with some salad and serve.

Optionally, instead of the burger patty, a delicious steak can be used as shown in the pictures.
