Ingredients:
- Happy Foie of your choice (We recommend the 250g rolls. Click here for the shop
- Brioche Bun
- Burger Patties
- salad
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Briefly toast the brioche rolls on both sides and set aside.
- Sear burger patties on a hot grill or in a skillet and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Wash the lettuce thoroughly and place on the brioche rolls.
- Then place the burger patties on the salad and finish with a slice of happy foie.
- Finally, garnish with some salad and serve.
Optionally, instead of the burger patty, a delicious steak can be used as shown in the pictures.
