Happy Foie goose liver – harmoniously combined with tender egg and refined with a touch of luxurious caviar – a culinary and admittedly slightly decadent masterpiece for the highest enjoyment in the comfort of your own home.
Ingredients:
- Rye bread (or other bread of your choice)
- Happy Foie Goose Liver
- egg
- Caviar
Preparation:
- Cut the gray bread into round slices using a ring mold or a Glas.
- Then cut the Happy Foie Roll into even slices. A knife moistened with warm water or a wire cutter is particularly suitable for this.
- Next, cook the eggs until they reach a waxy consistency on the inside and also cut them into even slices.
- While the eggs are boiling, you can toast the gray bread slices on both sides until golden brown in a pan with a little fat.
- "Then place the Happy Foie and the egg on your toasted gray bread."
- As a topping, add a teaspoon of your caviar on the egg.
