What you need for the Happy Foie chocolates :
- freeze-dried raspberries
- Happy foie of your choice
Preparation :
1. Start with the freeze-dried raspberries. Refine them in a mortar so that you get a fine raspberry coating.
2. Put the raspberry coating through a fine sieve to remove the coarse crumbs.
3. Take some happy foie in your clean hands and form small pralines out of it.
4. Roll the shaped Happy Foie pralines in the raspberry coating. Et voilá - your very own Happy Foie chocolates with raspberry coating are ready!
