Ingredients
- ramen noodles
- Happy Foie Duck
- Vegetable broth
- Garlic
- Ginger
- spring onion
- Mushrooms
- Pak Choi
- soy sauce
- egg
preparation
Step 1
Chop the ginger, garlic, and spring onions finely. Then wash the Pak Choi and halve the leaves, as well as slice the mushrooms.
step 2
Heat oil in a pan and briefly sauté the garlic, ginger, and spring onion. Add a little soy sauce to deglaze and let it simmer again for about 3-5 minutes over medium heat. Then, pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil. Now, depending on your taste, add Happy Foie, which dissolves effortlessly in the broth and gives it the popular and particularly suitable spicy aroma for Asian dishes.
step 3
Add Pak Choi and mushrooms to the broth and let it cook briefly. Meanwhile, cook the noodles and the egg. We prefer it when the egg yolk has a waxy consistency – it not only looks great but also tastes particularly good.
Step 4
Place the cooked noodles in a bowl and pour the finished broth over them. Finally, a slice of Happy Foie is placed on top, and the remaining mushrooms, pak choi, and the halved boiled egg are laid on the broth.
Step 5
Sprinkle the ramen with spring onions.
Bon appetit
Enjoy this unique ramen creation with Happy Foie, which offers a harmonious balance of delicate, spicy, and umami-rich flavors. A true delight for the palate that perfectly combines traditional and luxurious elements – don't miss out on this culinary treat!
