- 200 g jam (e.g. fig, black currant)
- 12 Windbeutel

Preparation:
Step 1: Prepare cream puffs
"If homemade, bake the cream puffs fresh and let them cool completely. Alternatively, provide ready-made cream puffs."
Step 2: Cut the cream puffs in half
Cut the cream puffs open on the side so that they open like a small pocket.
Step 3: Make the filling
Take the Happy Foie Finesse out of the refrigerator and fill the cream puffs with it using a piping bag.
Step 4: Refine with jam
Squeeze a dollop of jam onto the filling to create the sweet-salty taste experience.
