This delicate combination unites the freshness of arugula and lemon zest with the luxurious texture of Happy Foie, rounded off by the intense flavor of Parmesan. Perfect as a light lunch or as a highlight at your next aperitif.
Ingredients:
- Happy Foie Amalfi Lemon
- Piadina-Brot
- Fresh arugula
- Serrano ham
- lemon zest
- Parmesan
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
Directions:
Step 1: Preparation of the Piadina:
Heat the piadina in a pan without oil until it is lightly browned and warm.
Step 2: Prepare arugula:
Wash the arugula thoroughly and let it drain.
Step 3: Lemon zest and Parmesan:
Grate some lemon zest. Shave fresh Parmesan into thin slices or shavings.
Step 4: Happy Foie Amalfi Lemon:
Take the Happy Foie Amalfi Lemon out of the refrigerator and let it rest at room temperature for a short while. Slice the Happy Foie Amalfi Lemon using the Happy Foie wire cutter into thin slices.
Step 5: Top the Piadina:
Spread the arugula evenly on the piadina. Place the Serrano ham on top. Lay the slices of Happy Foie Amalfi lemon on top. Sprinkle everything with lemon zest and Parmesan shavings. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over it and season to taste with salt and pepper.
