Ingredients:
- Happy Foie of your choice (We recommend the 250g rolls. Click here for the shop
- fillet steak
- Green asparagus
- law
- salt and pepper
Preparation:
- Grill your steak the way you like it best. We recommend a nice, marbled fillet steak in rare or medium-rare .
- While your steak is resting, cut off the ends of the asparagus spears about 2 cm.
- Fry the green asparagus in a little fat for about 5 minutes over high heat. For an even, shiny tan, turn the bars from time to time.
- Season the asparagus with salt and pepper after roasting.
- Cut the happy foie into approx. 1 cm thick slices and sear on both sides for approx. 10 seconds.
- Drape the Happy Foie Thaler on your steak. Then serve with the asparagus.
- Pour in the jus if necessary.
