For refrigerated shipping within Germany we charge €9.90.
From an order value of 79.00€ there are no shipping costs.
We send our refrigerated products with DPD Food Express from Monday to Thursday. Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. are usually dispatched the same day. The delivery time is usually 24 hours. There are no shipments on Fridays and weekends in order to guarantee compliance with the cold chain and to avoid possible storage over the weekend

Sustainable insulating packaging
The plastic-free insulating packaging we use consists largely of recycled waste paper and can be disposed of with paper waste or reused privately. With this product innovation, the goods stay cool during shipping and the environment is protected.
cooling elements
Our cooling elements are certified for direct contact with food. The cooling elements are deep-frozen at the time of shipment to ensure optimal compliance with the cold chain. The cooling elements, consisting of a vacuum-sealed water/polyacrylic gel, can be refrozen and reused or disposed of with household waste.
carton or cushioning material
We only use upholstery material made from waste paper. Multiple glasses may be packed in a recycled cardboard outer box for safe shipping.

The ordered goods are usually delivered one to two days after the order is placed, provided that the ordered items are marked as "available immediately". Orders received before 11:00 a.m. are usually shipped the same day via DPD Food Express. The delivery time is usually 24 hours.
Exceptions: In order to guarantee compliance with the cold chain and to avoid possible storage over the weekend, no shipments are made on Fridays and weekends. As a result, delivery is not possible on Mondays and the day after a public holiday.
Happy Foie is a product that needs to be refrigerated and must be shipped in compliance with the cold chain. The shipment is therefore via refrigerated food delivery. If you do not arrive on the selected delivery date, we will not accept a cancellation of the order.
Important: Due to the increased volume, DPD Food Express can sometimes delay delivery by one day.
